Investment principles of Nurol Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş.:
- To distribute the investments to various projects in order to diversify the risks and thus prevent the potential risks of any project to have negative effects on the company.
- To give priority to the portfolio's formation of predominantly commercial real properties (shopping centers, office buildings, etc.) and housing projects for the present and future.
- To maintain the ownership and lease some of the investments - rather than selling them all - through long term contracts providing fixed prices in order to ensure the continuity of the cash flow.
As a basic principle, Nurol REIT prefers to sell a certain portion of each project in its portfolio at the initial phase of the project, and marketing of the remaining parts with premium prices towards the end of the projects.
Nurol REIT is targeting to expand its portfolio with commercial real estate and housing projects based on more than 30 years of experience of Nurol İnşaat (Nurol Construction).
